Music video inspiration

I have been inspired by this video trough many different ways, mostly by the way the artist represents his music as well as his lifestyle at the same time trough his music. In our video we use some of the techniques that this artist has used however we apply them in a different way to create meaning. One of the techniques we have used that this artist has also used was the appliance of the black and white effect to create a meaning in the song for example to symbolize the past. This artist also uses few special effects to create enigma withing the audience; some of the effects used were: rewinding, this effect confuses the audience and changes the order of the music video which usually just flows one way. However using this technique makes the audience think about the video in more depth; this is one of the other effects that we also used within out music video.
